A year ago, in the winter of 2015, the idea for visit NC concierge sprang to life. Living in a state where almost fifty percent of residents were born outside our borders, we were frequently asked for advice on places to see and things to do across North Carolina. New residents are excited about exploring their adopted state.
As a new concept in the North Carolina travel market, visit NC concierge’s mission is to provide the discriminating traveler the best of North Carolina’s geography, history, culture, and attractions at a leisurely travel pace, savoring the state’s finest sites, cuisine and lodgings. North Carolina ranks as the nation’s sixth most visited state and has long capitalized on its unique geography, history, culture, and education offerings attracting vacationers, businesses, and retirees. The state continues to experience an influx of new residents, especially retirees (2.6 M people over the age of 55 reside within the state’s boundaries) and recently moved from being the 10th most populous state to 9th.
Our tours for 2016 take us from the historic NC coast, to the Piedmont, to the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway and Asheville. Check out what’s in store for the year and join our interest list today.
